At present, we do not offer direct product exchanges. However, customers may return qualifying items within a period of sixty days calculated from the original shipment date. It should be noted that the return service is currently limited to orders shipped within the domestic region. Unfortunately, we are not able to process return requests for orders that were delivered internationally. For all approved domestic returns, a standard fee of 8.50 dollars will be deducted to cover the cost of the prepaid return shipping label provided during the process.
